"Apparently I'm not the only person who had a problem when trying to make a return with a receipt. My daughter went in 3 different times trying to return a hoodie. There system was down twice. Then they didn't have the cash to refund her because she paid in cash. Now she's stuck with a hoodie that doesn't fit her because it's been more than 45 days. Ridiculous!"

"I went into this store to return my son’s shoes in the return window with the receipt. The employee who waited on me was named KC or Kasey (no name tag). She was extremely aggressive and very rude. The story is long, but she flat out refused to complete my return, claimed she was the manager, and refused to call customer service. I feel she was discriminating against me, and after reading the other negative and positive reviews, I believe this to be true. I called customer service on my way out of the store who sent me a Fed Ex label within 3 minutes but never followed up with my complaint of this employee who should obviously be terminated from her position. This all happened in front of my son and other children in the store. I will never make another purchase with this company if they continue to employ people who discriminate against others."

"Terrible service. We asked to see shoes for fitment from multiple employees. Stood around for 20 minutes. Never got to see the shoes. Store was not even busy. Everyone acted like they did not want a job. Bunch of lazy useless employees."

"After 15+ minutes of waiting on whole I decided to hang up and leave a review. My experience in the store today at Partridge Creek Mall was very frustrating. The cashier was extremely rude and not wanting to do my return. I’ll tell you the story my son purchased a shirt from there we’re home he tried it on didn’t like it. I went back to the store to return it (not the same day,)but I found a pair of shoes for my younger daughter that I thought she would like so I did a return exchange the shoes Were $48. The shirt was $30 I owed a difference of $17.98 so I paid that. well brings me to today my daughter doesn’t like the shoes she wants me to return them I go to the store. The cashier had a complete attitude when I was extremely friendly. I stayed friendly. She was acting as if I was doing something wrong, talking to me aggressively, She said that I needed to have the original receipt of the shirt to do the return or I would only get back $17.98 she kept rudely insisting that I only paid $17.98 and I tried explaining to her that I returned / exchanged . It shows on the receipt the return of the $30 it shows clearly on the receipt how the return/exchange went so I’m confused why would I have to have the original receipt of the shirt or only get back $17.98 when I did a exchange / return and it shows on The receipt that I have , am I wrong? Can somebody clarify this for me? They be getting getting back $47.98!"

"Went in to this new store, and was greeted by a friendly, energetic young lady name Kaycee (sp). She was very helpful and knew the product. I will definitely come back to shop!!! Awesome experience"
