"This place is wonderful! It feels like a fun boutique without the snottiness! I found really nice pieces at GREAT prices! I am so impressed with the brand selection, and very delighted by the range of sizes, too. And certainly not least, the ladies who work there are friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Krystal (sp?) spoke to me the most, but all three ladies I saw that day reached out to me at some point in my visit and truly brightened my afternoon. HIGHLY recommended!!"

"Do not recommend. Rude. Right now they are baiscally buying nothing. Drove 35 minutes this morning to sell some very well kept alot of nwt inseason clothing. And got told to come back at 6pm. Ok fine. Then i come back and get told sorry we have to pass coz we are buying only very specific items. Well great ... have the common sense to update your website and not turn away customers. I am a busy mom and dont have time and money to haul back and forth for absolutely no reason. Very unsatisfied. This is 2023... update your website or google profile with real up to date information. Pathetic."

"I almost never leave reviews, but my experience today has pressed me to write one. I’ve sold items here a few times over the years and had no issues. I went in today with two bins of clothing, many with tags, and they supposedly looked through everything in about five minutes. When we went back, I was told that they were “covered” in pet hair and they wouldn’t take anything, even brand new items with tags. It’s just laughable because I’ve always had cats (including the times they purchased from me before) and these items were freshly laundered. The employees were quite less than friendly, so I guess I’m not too disappointed to avoid business with them."

"They were friendly when we walked in, however, we had two bins full of good clothes, new with tags, never worn, and not wrinkled. All clothes were in great condition. We had an appointment and Style Encore had us wait for an hour to look through the clothes for them to say “all of your clothes are too worn” when they had tags! They ended up not buying anything from two full bins of clothes. I left the store and realized all of the clothes were folded how I left them. Turns out they didn’t even look at the bins and had just wasted our time. It’s easier to to next door to Plato’s closet because they will care about what you bring in. I would not recommend going here and wasting your time and energy."
