"If you are shopping on their website, don’t! This company is a fraud. I ordered a purse, I thought the product came from SHEIN. The quality is so poor nothing like the picture, which is edited. Try to proceed return, their online return portal does not work. Called Several times during the Business hour, nobody answer. Emailed several times, no one responded. This happened to a lot of people recently. If you purchased online you Are not allowed to return to the store. Be aware and hope no one else got scammed."
"Poor quality at egregious prices - I bought a polo shirt for $100 that tore on both sleeves after 6mos of use and a belt that split in half after less than a dozen uses! I have clothes that ive bought at 1/8 of the prices that are better quality and last years longer!!"
"I recently purchased a Ted Baker shirt and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The material was thin and poorly constructed, and it felt like it would fall apart after just a few wears. Additionally, the sizing was completely off – I ordered my usual size and it was much too small. The shirt also arrived with several loose threads and imperfections in the stitching. It was clear that this shirt was not made with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship that I have come to expect from Ted Baker. Overall, I would not recommend this shirt to anyone. The poor quality and sizing issues make it not worth the price, and there are definitely better options out there for the same amount of money. Save your money and invest in a shirt from a different brand. And when i went to return it, the manager wasnt taking any responsibility of the product."
"This was my second time in the store. Both experiences were amazing my associate, Mike I’m pretty sure he’s the manager went above and beyond to help me he was very attentive. I’m very picky and indecisive. He gave me very honest opinions which I love. He went to grab me multiple sizes from the back. Very pleasant had a great attitude. Would definitely recommend this place to everybody. had a great smile and attitude love this place wish I could give 10 stars"
