"First 2 times I went was perfect. 3rd time I came in at 11am as a walk in with my own dye. I only have the top of my head locked. After 2 hours one of the sisters (Not Gya) asked to speak with me about what I wanted done. She made me feel like I did something wrong for wanting a dye, retwist and style as a walk in. I understood exactly where I was at and the type of people they service so she basically tried to charge me $150. I have never paid over $70 in that shop and I basically got called a liar and she continued to ask me if I at least had $100. I did not so I just left. I will never recommend anyone else to this shop and I’m never coming back. Very Unprofessional"
