"The only reason I used two stars instead of one is because I like Sundance Catalog products. The company sent me the wrong scarf, and when I called to complain, I got a snippy customer service rep who acted as if she was doing me a favor by waiving the shipping fee on a replacement. (The fact that Sundance charges $6.95 for standard shipping and then deducts that charge from returns is a bit out of step with the times.) When I complained that I now have to send it back, she hung up on me. Bye, Sundance."

"I have been in this store a couple of times in the past month. On each visit the employees were so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful!! My sister and I loved spending time, shopping and purchasing several items. What wasn’t available in the store the ladies either searched locations or ordered with free shipping from the catalog. We spent the day shopping in the area and Sundance’s atmosphere and service outshone the others by far. Quality clothing and excellent service makes for a wonderful customer experience. We will be back!"
