"bruh. this target is one of the worst in michigan. listen i LOVE target and i went in here today, and the bathroom was closed for renovation. okay, that’s fine there was one open stall in the back of the store. the was poop on the toilet seat, paper towel everywhere, and pee on the floor. almost everything was low or out of stock, and there was stuff everywhere. clothes on the floor, jewelry off the holder. AND it smelled really bad in there. i was so sad. anyways, go to a different one like the auburn hills one. it’s much better."

"I’ve been shopping at this location for years and have never really had a problem until today. I was completing a Shipt order for a customer today, and they requested 4 big packs of Ice Mountain water bottles. The customer really wanted this brand, so I asked an associate if she could please check the stock room. She used her scanner to check, and then said, “We do have them, but they’re up on a pallet and I don’t really have anyone to do that, sorry.” Frustrating to know that I could have gotten what my customer needed but no one could get it apparently. Then I’m at check out, putting jugs of water on the belt, and the cashier snarkily says to me, “Great, now I have to move all of these.” I had just worked an 8 hour shift prior to this, so I wasn’t thinking about how it would have been easier and smarter to just have him scan 1 and insert the quantity. Still, don’t think that warrants a complete rude comment, especially from someone whose literal job it is to scan and bag items. I’ve had plenty of good experiences at this Target, but most of the associates could really use a crash course in basic respect and consideration for others."

"What is with this Target? It’s really disorganized, long lines and I swear there is less stuff here. Also the Order Pickup area isn’t even an area. You just wait along a wall waiting to be helped. Then get hit my other customers trying to get out of the lanes. They need to revamp the store."

"Customer service is not up to mark. Definitely better than the other Target outlets around the area.. Pleasant staff but this place is under staffed. Things have changed in the recent years, but still needs improvements. Very limited Choice for most segments and long lines"
