"Do not shop here. I purchased a formal dress for a family member and was taking a chance on the size so asked the return policy at the time of checkout. I was told with receipt, tags and within 7 days. I tried to return the dress 3 days later with tags and receipt and was told that I could not return the item because it was discounted. Had the employee communicated this properly I would have never made the purchase. They chose not to make this right with me and I will not shop here again and will make sure nobody else I know does! Terrible customer experience!"

"I have bought and sold here.. I can’t give my review about anything but designer products, customer service and organization of the company. If selling designer, i personally don’t recommend it at all. You won’t receive a good offer at all. If you’re in need of fast cash and has to sell, it’ll be a smooth process along with great customer service. The turn around is usually 60-90 mins. The employees are pretty nice and helpful, and so is the owner. If pricing on designer was better, id give this place 5 stars easily."

"I bought overalls here yesterday and as I got home I realized they were unwearable because they didn’t have a zipper. I only buy used clothing, so I understand that when buying used clothes you’re buying ‘as is’ but most resale shops take that into account for the price. Looking up the brand, I really don’t think they took the broken zipper into consideration in regards to the price. That being said, I just don’t think they are very professional or know what they’re doing or care about what they’re doing or their customers. But I learned my lesson and should’ve checked every bit before buying, like they should’ve done before reselling it."
