"Over the weekend. The women working here are so rude. When I walked up to the counter, she reacted as if I ruined her day saying Yessss. She was visibly irritated. Never had that experience before at a Starbucks. I won’t be returning. To make things worse my order wasn’t good. Here is a suggestion for the ladies that work there, if you don’t like your job, look into another career. Because taking your day, mood, and life out on random strangers isn’t what your job is for."

"There’s only ever one or two regular baristas there and they’re so a great job of taking your order and making it. The coffee is always excellent and exactly how i enjoy it. Thank you to the baristas who work here."

"The barista was super rude to me and both my friends while ordering my drink. I approached her and said “hi!!” Followed immediately with my questions pertaining to a drink and she cut me off mid sentence saying “first off hi how are you?” Like she was offended I didn’t follow up my “hi” with a “how are you” vs just going into my question (I also work in customer service and was super nice in my own opinion upon asking her my question and I was just soooo turned off that she cut me off with extreme attitude and made me feel as though I was being rude when I literally try really hard to be super nice to every worker in customer service) we all ordered our drinks and I tried to collect my points (I spent 46$ and couldn’t collect any points for it!?!?) when she informed me I could not collect point or use points at her location. I then asked for a receipt in hopes of possibly being able to add my points myself later on and she also refused me said receipt. I’ll stick to the 12 mile and gratiot location. They always super polite there. I literally walked out of the store with my head down wondering what I did that was taken as rude to this workers perception and tbh it really messed up my day. Both my friends said she was super rude also before I even brought it up. Super disappointing and will go out of my way to stay away from this Starbucks for sure."

"The barista there was the kindest. On a really rough day, I had no idea what I wanted, just knew I wanted a comfort drink. She helped pick the perfect drink and told me how to order it in the future. Her kindness and how she interacted really brightened my day."
