"Every time we go there, they mess up the order. Or everything's Not fresh They are not good. I don't recommend this location right here. They always mess up. Please if you don't want to mess app order. Don't go to this Pacific location. My Grandma is way too nice. So I'm the one that has to tell the truth. This McDonald sucks."

"Placed an order on the mobile app and gave my code at the drive-thru window but was told they didn't have it. After verifying that I was at the correct address (and repeating the code 4 times, I finally convinced her to talk to a manager and show her the screen on my app showing my order. When I got to the 2nd window as directed, they tried to tell me again that they didn't have the order (I don't even know if the woman I was speaking to was the manager). I had to insist that she look at what I was seeing on my app and when I showed her my screen, she agreed I was at the correct location and she left. Several minutes later, she came back with my order. No apology, no explanation. I understand that technology fails sometimes, but a little customer service, professionalism, and kindness would have gone a long way. I'll never return to this location again."

"Bun was half slid off the filet. When I opened the bun to straighten it, there was only half pc cheese and the tartar was only on 1 half of bun. The sandwich was too dry. Come on ppl. We can do better than that. ps. I was the only customer inside. And only 2 orders on the screen."
