"I have to ask every time for a receipt as the kiosk won't give one. This is awful and should not happen. I should get a bill of sales. I waited for over 5 minutes for one. Sink in bathroom in the playplace doesn't work. As I was getting my pop water drip down on me from the ceiling area. This place has really really gone down. Health department needs to make a visit. I use to love going to this McDonald's"

"Don’t listen to people!! Try for yourself! This is the best McDonald’s in our area. I drive a few minutes out of my way just to go to this one! I’ve never had a bad experience and I frequent this location a lot. The food is prepared super fresh and honestly, I’ve never had faster service in the drivethru at any other fast food place. On top of the quick service, the employees are fantastic, genuinely nice human beings. They are super friendly and fast. This McDonald’s has their stuff together and the food is the way it is intended to be! Fresh, and tasty!"
"This McDonald's has their act together! This is my 2nd time patronalizing this location. Each time, I experienced fast, accurate, and friendly service! I tend to ask for my meal prepared fresh, and that's never been an issue. It's always worth the wait. I recommend going inside to place your order as their drive-thru line seemed to be long each time I visited around noon. The new Mac sauce dip is a new favorite of mine as well. Again, if you are craving McDonald's, this location on van dyke in Warren is the one to goto!"
"7 months ago y'all had a 5 star review from me. Not anymore!! After getting breakfast yesterday, you've lost a customer. Hopefully I can load pics . The hash browns were pulled too soon out of the oil, middle was soggy. Steak was burnt. One biscuit was hard, the other was soggy?!?!? I ordered through the app, and STILL sat at the pick up window for 10 mins. Why wasn't I pulled forward??? I was a shift manager for 5 yrs. +left it 6 yrs ago.) So I know all too well about the times and food safety."
