"I always hate to give bad reviews because I've worked in the food service industry before and I feel horrible giving bad reviews but I'm just going to take it as they were probably super busy and probably having a bad day and stressed and I always try to remember that everyone always has other things going on in their life and things going on at home. It was just a little disappointing that my order was wrong and when I politely ask the worker if I could get it corrected. She ripped the bag out of my hand and grab the drink and instead of fixing the drink just poured more milk in it. But then again, like I said I don't know what is going on in her personal life, but I just wish that she could have had a private conversation with one of her co-workers in the back to talk about what was bothering her instead of taking it out on a customer who is being very kind to her. From the bottom of my heart, I hope that she's feeling better"

"This is the closest location to my job and for some reason everytime I seem to go the food is terrible and they never have anything. I stopped to get a coffee today and it tasted like muddy water and peppermint. There were a ton of coffee grounds in it and they forgot my whipped cream again and I couldn't go back because I had to go back to work. Officiallydone with this location now."

"Nice young lady took my order and gave me part of my order. I had to go back to get my coffee and that was a wasted trip. My coffee had so many coffee grounds in it. I thought that they sold me a bag of coffee. I will not be going back to this location ever again. Buyer beware of your coffee."
