"Unprofessional staff. They were playing around with each other and yelling. The place is filthy. The girl asked if I wanted my coffee heated up as she handed it to me.... it's coffee..... it is supposed to be hot."

"When I went in it was a bit busy. Before the woman handed me my coffee she asked if I wanted her to pop it in the microwave to heat it up because it wasn't that warm. Why not just make a fresh pot of coffee and serve that. It didn't make sense to me and I'm noticing a few other locations are not as fresh as it used to be. I guess I have to go back to starbucks because Tim Hortons has fallen off."

"Went to the Warren site and got a large coffee and fruit fusion muffin and the two for six dollar sandwich. I got one sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin. The sausage and egg was hot and very tasty, but I don't like that when you bite into it the biscuit falls apart and it is very sloppy. My friend said that the bacon and cheese was was hot and that he wanted to go back and get another. The only bad thing was that they forgot to put our hash browns in the order. I will definitely be back again but will check my order throughly before I leave."

"Took a little longer than it should have, but it looked like Carrie and one other person were the only people working. Carrie was amazing, taking orders at drive thru and the counter while cooking and making drinks, and happy and pleasant as she could be throughout. Give Carrie a raise!"
