"Looks like this place now has different owners and they changed the way the drinks are normally made. Change the name if you’re going to do that. People that have been getting the same drink for years know what it tastes like and expect the same thing each time, no matter how much you argue with the customer that you made it the correct way."

"I ordered a belt bagel no egg add mayo I received a belt bagel with the egg anyway with no top bagel and then waited 20 mins for one muffin. Staff was rude to customers, the food wasn’t made to my request was cold and tasted terrible. Employees were dropping food on the floor, rolling their eyes and customer service took 25 mins to answer my call! Never again will I come here again I think they should close this location or find new staff."

"Girl with green hair needs to get fired!! She ruined my morning. She obnoxiously and rudely interrupted me every 2 seconds as I was ordering and was literally repeating every item I asked for right after I asked for it super loudly and then while doing that was asking if I wanted items that I didn’t even ask for… she then rudely tells me to pull up to the window. I get to window already annoyed with her because I could tell she had a major attitude problem. I ended up ordering a frozen lemonade and a sausage egg and cheese bagel. Well, when I get to the window she gives me a snide smile and hands me a (regular lemonade)with ice…. It was almost like she made the mistake purposely…I then tell her I said “frozen lemonade” and she became irate telling me I didn’t say frozen lemonade and yells at me to “give it back to her then” and starts complaining about me and trying to justify her mistake to her boss. And then after all this her manager rushes me out of the drive thru as if I was the problem. This obviously has major life problems because she seems miserable and angry at the world. Her green hair says it all. She needs to just stay at home and do chores for her mom or something because she can’t handle a minimum wage job. Please get rid of her it’ll be best for everyone. There’s other reviews complaining about her too. Also, food was cold!"

"Sandwiches were cold. Health department needs to be notified. A person can get sick eating food that needs to be reheated and was not made to proper temperature"
