Savory Grill

"Savory Grill is a family Owned Restaurant in Utica. Highly recommend this place to Eat. We came with a Veteran's group of 10 and we had their semi private room. Service was Excellent. FOOD was very Tasty. Everyone ordered something different from the breakfast and dinner items, and everything was so good that we want to come back for more."

"We took my mother for a Christmas/New Year's lunch. We hadn't been to Savory Grill in quite a while, and it has really changed. It was good before, and it is really good now. Having a roller walker and five people can sometimes cause a bit of trouble, but Savory has a small seating area that is away from the main area This was perfect for us, and we were able to visit and hear each other without any worry of someone tripping on a walker, or Mom not being able to hear what was being said. The food was terrific, the slim jim made with real ham was a hit with Mom, and she had more food than she could finish. I didn't have a take out box, because I enjoyed my ham and cheese omelette so much that I ate the whole thing. The hamburgers were rated very highly, with comment's n the flavor, and one of the better burgers. The spaghetti with marinara was also rated highly, by my vegetarian daughter, who finished her takeout by dinner The two take out boxes that came home were both gone by dinner. This is a really good choice for variety/American food."

"We went here for lunch because we just wanted the diner experience. It delivered! Small town feel with many choices on the menu. We played it safe with burgers and a BLT. They were good and the french fries were great! I had hot chocolate for a nostalgic trip back to when I was a little girl and used to come to this building (The Clock) a lot with my favorite aunt...50 years ago!!"

"All i can say is awesome food! Chicken dumpling soup is fantastic! Had the Tropicana Griller for dinner. Also fantastic! You can get it with steak or chicken. I went with steak. The steak was prepared as ordered and perfectly cooked. Nice and tender steak with a wonderful teriyaki sauce over rice, with cooked pineapple chunks, grilled onions and green peppers. Can't say enough about this place. I will be back when I'm in the area."
