"This is the worst McDonald’s in Michigan. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. They obviously do not care about their business. 3/3 times I’ve tried ordering from this location, their app/online ordering has been down. You would think such a consistent issue would be handled but I guess not. Kiss your deals through the McDonald’s app goodbye as they are irrelevant here. Take your late night food craving somewhere else where they actually know how to run their establishment!"

"We did online ordering and park and pick up. The food was hot and tasted great. It didn't take long to get our order. Everything was correct all condiments were provides and the person giving us our food was super friendly. I have been to McDonald's in 5 different states and this was is BY FAR the best."

"You guys need to stop serving these undercooked, under seasoned luke warm fries!!! It happens everytime I come there! You are my nearest McDonalds and I want to support you, I really do, but you constantly serve me undercooked luke warm fries!!!! Please let the fries cook the entire time and stop taking them out of the fryer 30 seconds too early! I shouldn't have to recook fries that I bought when I get home. I will gladly wait for fresh fries!!!! Today's fries didn't even make my car smell greasy or like fries because they were luke warm and undercooked. Do better, McDonalds!!!!!"

"As a professional and Top dasher. The manager at the 2nd window was very rude and unhelpful. I received my door dash order @ 1200 am arrived @ 12:05. I was asked to wait 20 minutes. Finally @ 12:45 I decided to enter the line again. Arrived @ the 2nd window @ 12:56am asked on customer behalf very nicely what took the order so long just so I could report back to her. The manager snatched the order out of my hand and said he doesn't service rude customers. We are both here to serve the customer! This was a absolute disappointment and disservice to the customer."
