"The hot chocolate was just a powder mix that was sickeningly sweet. The coffee drink was slightly better. We really wanted to like it by were disappointed. Service was great though."

"Husband and I ordered a lox on everything bagel and a cherry cheesecake muffin. Both were amazing! We also took a salted bagel (haven't had one in years) and onion cream cheese to go that never made it home before we'd eaten it. Barista was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!"

"Coffee was excellent and had great pastry options too. I got the cherry cheesecake muffin was good and my husband had the breakfast blt bagel (maybe the sunrise?). We both had regular coffee and then I tried the Chagaccino as well. (Mushroom coffee) hot with oat milk as she recommended. It was super yummy! Would definitely go there if we are ever in the area again."

"Everything made fresh to order! Nice warm calm atmosphere fun puzzles and games to enjoy while having a bite of a freshly baked bagel but hurry they sell out fast. Need to feel refreshed I suggest trying one of there smoothies! I personally absolutely love their brownie truffle it's nice and warm and creamy and crunchy all at once! The homemade cookies are to die for also warm n so soft perfectly balanced textures great to pair with any of the many choices of coffee from teas to espresso and specialties. They even have breakfast options! Great place to chill and and have a plain good ole time!"

"**UPDATE** This morning, my hubby was craving the Lox Bagel, so we made a trip back to Nothern Grind. It was a completely different experience from our first time, and while our first time wasn't terrible, this visit blew us out of the water. The manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. Took our orders and even made some suggestions along the way. I was apprehensive to try another iced coffee, but I figured WTH. My Iced Filthy Chai Tea Latte was exactly everything I never knew I needed. My husband tried another smoothie (Peach), and he said he couldn't drink it fast enough. She was even kind enough to give me a sample of the Chaga Matcha (with lavender & honey) OMG now I HAVE to go back..if only for that drink. It was a great way to start our rainy Sunday morning. Good music. Great vibes. Excellent service! **ORIGINAL** It's not a bad little place. They drinks are just okay. I ordered an Iced Mocha, but it was more like cold coffee when I got it. Hardly any ice. My husband got the Harvest Green Smoothie and said it was too sweet. He wasn't a fan. I also ordered the Lox Bagel with chive cream cheese and capers. The Asiago bagel was soft and very fresh. Hubby had the chocolate chip cookie and really enjoyed it. I would definitely give this place another shot for the drinks, but their food is a must try."
