"I meant to write this review sooner, my apologies. I went to the Novi location on Monday, January 29th. This location is near my work so after a long work day, bra shopping was at the bottom of my list but I needed to get it done. There were two ladies working, they were both so helpful especially Micheale. I needed a bra for a wedding I'm standing up in and to update my other bras. She helped me find the perfect one for my dress and helped me find some others in the size I needed. I really appreciate the time she spent on helping me and I will go out of my way to go to that location when I need additional clothing items. Thank you, Micheale."

"The store was pretty quiet, only one other customer in the store. I walked around the store for 25 minutes, I had an item in hand, and no one greeted me, gave any eye contact or anything. I walked out. I loveTorrid, I normally shop at the Farmington location, but I wanted to see if the other location had anything different. This is a little further out of my way, so I’m pretty disappointed with the total experience. I rarely ever leave without buying something, not here, not today.. I guess I’ll go check out Maurice’s.."

"I love their clothes, but can't afford regular prices"

"Very welcoming employees. Dressing rooms are large with fans above, seat and a mirror. Lots of clothing was on sale. Bought two tops and wanted a pair of pants that helped make my cupcake belly flatten and they didn’t have short. The cashier even looked online. They not only have clothing but also swimwear and bras. The cashier told me they even have bras for those of us who have had mastectomies, online. Really nice store. Looking forward to going back when they get in their fall merchandise."

"Jelena is the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. She made me leave with a better mood and attitude than what I had when I worked in. I was running late and need a vest for my uniform and she helped me out by holding it for me and generally just raising my spirits! Please give this woman a raise, she's doing great things!"
