Einstein Bros. Bagels 2972 South Rochester Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307

"Me and my wife like Einstein bagels but I can't begin to describe how many times our orders have been incorrect at the Auburn/Rochester location. As easy as the incorrect bagels given. This is the umpteenth time I've done an online/mobile order, and the bagel is usually incorrect. Ordered a cheddar jalapeño bagel, but given an asiago. You order a green chili, but given an everything bagel. Usually I check the bag before I leave the store, and realize right then and there and have them correct it, but this time I really thought that they were competent enough and ill trust them as the bag was closed with their Einstein sticker - my mistake. But I have countless times returned home only to realize the incorrect bagel was given, which is infuriating in itself - like today, which is why im writing a review. How hard is it to read the online order/receipt ? if you ever go to this location to pick up an online order, ALWAYS double check your order. Receipt will say exactly your order, but the contents in the bag will be completely different."

"The pandemic ruined this store. It was my favorite bagel shop to go to. It seems like the store staff is always changing; sometimes the staff is extremely friendly and other times, when the staff gets renewed sometimes, they're egregiously rude. They mess up my orders a lot. They removed the seating, so now I can't sit and do my remote work or homework while enjoying coffee and a bagel. They got rid of Caribou coffee line, and whatever they're selling now tastes like generic disgusting Maxwell House coffee that corporate offices use in their break room/cafeteria (but this is not an issue with this location, Einstein Bagels just got rid of Caribou coffee as a whole for whatever reason). Because they removed all the seating the atmosphere of the coffee shop is not inviting anymore."

"We got a take out order a few weeks ago and it had a few errors with it. I tried to call in a few times and nobody picked up. My wife and I just stopped in to place an order and had a horrible experience. I'm assuming that the girl who took our order was in a horrible mood but she took it out on us. We've had other iffy experiences there...there's just so many other options that are better (Panera Bread across the street) that I don't recommend this place."

"Delicious bagels, my favorite is chorizo sunrise. Good strong coffee, friendly faces, quick service. There is plenty of free parking. Wheelchair accessible. There are restrooms available. No tables/seats are available."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this location, i usually get breakfast 3/4 days out of the week and everytime my food & drink are great! The staff is so nice to me and they even know what i’m going to order now. Sometimes it is a bit busy in the morning’s (what breakfast place isnt) and they handle it with grace & are very efficient! And if you haven’t had the tasty turkey 10/10 recommend!"
