"Unfortunately we didn’t have the best food experience. We ordered 2 prime ribs, one rare and one medium. Even for rare the meat was super tough and dry. As a positive the mashed potatoes and bread were really good. I checked reviews prior to coming and everything seemed positive so hoping we just had a bad meal but unfortunately has to go down as the worst prime rib I’ve had. For me, Prime rib should be soft not tough. Service was great though."

"Extremely busy night. Long wait. Our server was wonderful. Continued to check up on us. My mother’s prime rib which was ordered MR was very well done. Sent it back and she had some of my daughters. We have always ordered double asparagus instead of a salad. Had never been charged extra. This time was charged extra for the asparagus. Also they took off only $10 of my mother’s $22.00 meal. She literally had a bite. The waitress said she’s never seen them charge for the asparagus and felt ripped off with the little amount they took of my mother’s meal. I asked to speak to the manager. Alisa the manager came by and was extremely rude. Accused me of lying about not being charged for the veggie instead of salad. Also sai my mother ate half her prime rib. The meat was barely touched. Just a horrible experience with this manager. Not the waitress but another employee came by and asked what happened and read my letter I wrote on the bill. She said this mgr has had complaints before and wasn’t surprised I’ll be calling the owner, Alicia tomorrow. Unfortunately because of this mgr we will not be back."

"I went in Valentines Day. I had to put my name on the list which was said to be a 35 min wait. I was call in about 14 min. Now we're seated. Tabels we're close to touch each other but far enough not to complain. The silverware was damaged and rough to the point we asked for plastic ware, The wine for me was nice and cool. However, my husband wanted a coors lite, which they were out so he settled for Micholbe. The complimentary bread was ok, but didn't seem fresh and should be served warm and given half a loaf depending on the party size. We had to throw alot away and I felt bad. Our Cesar salad came out first. The salad was 8/10. The croutons were extremely hard and could not be eaten. The food. I ordered Lamb with a baked potato, Mac n cheese, and Brussels sprouts. The lamb was phenomenal. The potato was cold. The Mac and cheese was soupy with no flavor, and the Brussel sprouts were great. My husband had the Mahi Mahi and said it was 8/10. However, his potato was cold also. My waiter - he made us feel rushed and unimportant. He rushed through our entire meal. I would definitely go back for the lamb. I would go back if invited. Hopefully, this was because they were super busy and understaffed. SN. I also ordered the carrott cake because I loooove carrot cake, and the reviews had me convinced. The frosting was not cream cheese, and it was a 5/5:( Sad face. I was really looking forward to eating and enjoying it. The one in BayCity MI is still on top. Thanks for reading!"

"Came to Luckys Prime Time based on a suggestion from a friend. The restaurant has an higher end diner feel and was clean. We had the Dynamite Shrimp to start and they were very good. Very crispy, not too spicy but large shrimp. For our meals we had the Parmesan Crusted Grouper and the Chicken and Shrimp pasta. The grouper was a good size and the pan crust and lemon sauce were very good. The pasta came with many shrimp and had a good flavor."
