"I asked for a number 7 just the sandwich, add bacon. Tell me why she rang me up for a number 7 with bacon instead of sausage? And then when I asked if they still added the sausage, the lady that made the sandwich gave me attitude and said well she didn't charge you for that. I said that's fine and just walked out cuz I didn't want to deal with it even though that's what I asked for. They couldn't even offer to ring me up for a piece of sausage. I'm tired and I don't feel like dealing with it and have to get to work .You don't just give somebody attitude because they didn't pay for something that they asked for. It's not my mistake. It's the person that rung me ups mistake. And then when I get the sandwich it's three scraggly pieces of bacon with one egg, a piece of cheese on a croissant. Every other experience that I have had at this location has been perfectly fine until today."

"Horrible customer service!! I ordered 4 drinks I only received 3 drinks told the girl I was short a drink and the girl making the drinks clearly thought I was lying about being short. I was told to pull up and someone would bring out my drink. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside and was completely ignored by the whole staff. Finally,the person making the food got my drink which he was the only that acknowledge me. I will never be back to this Tim Hortons location. Not the first time the customer service has been Horrible."

"Disgusting. Easily the worst Tim Hortons franchise in the area. Service in the drive thru is bad every time I go even when there’s no line. I also saw one of the workers touching her hair repeatedly with gloves on then touching food."

"I don't think it's possible for the employees here to give you the right order, and it's baffling. Literally every time I've been here, whether it's in person or on DoorDash, the order is wrong. Order a bacon egg & cheese bagel with a BLACK cold brew? You get a sausage egg and cheese wrap with a hot coffee that has 678 creams in it. Absolutely terrible, and the employees just...don't care. If you tell them the order is wrong and ask them to fix it they act like it's insulting that you want them to do their actual job. Literally go to any other Tim Hortons instead of this one."

"Don't normally come to this location but hit it up because it was on the way home. It was around 8am on a Friday. Had 3 coffee orders nothing crazy though. Woman kept yelling at me to hang on when I would start telling her my order. She was the one who told me to go ahead with my order when I was ready. After being yelled at to hang on 3 times we finally got the order in. When we got our order nothing was made correctly. We just drove home and fixed it as best we could when we got home. Our pumpkin spice ice cap was undrinkable though. Absolutely disgusting. Would never got back here again. The workers were very rude and tried to send us away without our full order. I can see why it wasn't very busy on a Friday morning. I would drive out of my way to avoid this one."
