"First time coming, and I can say without a doubt this was the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Their atmosphere is awful, and their service is worse. I had asked for 2 everything bagel with cream cheese, and what I got were two plain bagels without cheese. I thought maybe it was just one, but when I checked, it was the same with the other one. The coffee was cold, and the workers were rude. Can confidently say I won't be coming here again."

"This location is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any Tim Hortons. The place was completely empty and I was greeted with total disrespect. Store is no way meeting their sales plan due to the lazy associates they have. I would mention the names of the workers but they tore off their name badges and refused to give their name. It was a white female (I use that term lightly) who looked like a pig and an extremely gay “male”. Will not step foot back in this place."

"If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The owner of this Tim Hortons should be absolutely ashamed for having staff like this working at this establishment. I’ve been going to Tim Hortons of all locations for years and I have never ever experienced nasty, classless, disrespectful service like this. This place is dirty, the food is dirty and the employees are even dirtier. If you want to have decent food and coffee, avoid this place at all costs"

"I went there a year and 2 months ago to get donuts for my co-poll workers at 5:30 a.m. I will NOT go back! The girl at the counter said she could not make me a sandwich because there wasn't a supervisor there! What? She can't make a sandwich on her own??? Just silly! I told her that I was diabetic and needed something to eat that wasn't sugary, but she wouldn't budge, couldn't do it without help! Then she over charged me for the donuts, shorted the donuts, and when I complained the next day, they said they would make it right. Well, 14 months later they still haven't made it right! Even corporate won't do anything! This is the worst place to go, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!"

"I went to have breakfast with my 9 yr old step daughter, she picked it and was excited. The sandwich I ordered that was being advertised was not available (Waffle sandwich). 1st strike! After getting our food and a drink we waited for another 5 mins until I asked if we could get our hot chocolate. 2nd strike! Then we witnessed a costumer come in from the drive through because there order was missing something. The person working the counter told the the person that there was nothing she could do because another worker claimed they put everything in their order. The employee started screaming at the customer saying IV already told you 3 times and you better leave before I call the police. The customer never raised there voice and was trying to be polite, they just wanted what they paid for. This made my little one very uncomfortable and unsafe so we left before finishing our food. My family will never use this Tim Hortons again."
