"Ordered 3 subs and they got all of them wrong and even different sizes. So we called. Told them. Manager said we get 3 new ones made but he has to be there the day we come in so he can tell his workers to make it for free. BEEN MONTHS… called 20 plus times. He’s got the best job ever. He pops in for a little bit then leaves. Smh. I’m done. Won’t eat there anymore. Bye blimp!"
"Honestly worst experience I placed an order online and asked for sauce. When I called them about it they told me they would get me a refund for the sub when I called back today to see if there was an update they told me they couldn't do anything about it. The sub doesn’t come with sauce but I asked for sauce and salt and pepper as you can see barely any sauce and barely any salt and pepper. don’t expect anything they will be stingy over sauce and condiments."
"Either I went at the perfect time or people are very impatient in the other reviews. I haven't had a blimpie sub in 20 years till today and I got to say it was pretty dang good. The gal who made it was very nice and the gentleman who cashed me out at the register was also equally nice. I recommend this place to anybody, who looking for a nice cold sub. They have hot subs too but they didn't look as appealing."
"If there is a word to describe this location, it would be Embarrassing. This location makes the blimpies in Detroit look terrible. Takes too long, doesn’t do custom orders unlike subway or the other location and is flat out bad. Please rethink your life choices."
"I love Blimpie!!! Their subs are delicious!!! I gave this 4 stars because the last 2 times I've been in you can tell that the establishment is under staffed....Coldstone is definitely the busier business....Blimpie is just an after thought....a lot of the employees don't seem to really even know the "sub side".....I know times are tough and it's hard to find employees....but it seems a little bit of training to the employees they do have would make things run a little smoother....I will still get subs from here....just wanted to suggest this!!! Stop in and check them out!!!"
