"Update: Up from 1 to 3 stars for now. The owner personally called me and was kind enough to listen to my concerns. He listened with no judgement and accepted full responsibility. He said he wanted the opportunity to make it right and didn’t want to lose me as a customer. This was totally unexpected and extremely appreciated. I will try again and update in the future. Original Review: I have ordered takeout here about 5 times. In my most recent experience a miscommunication resulted in only receiving half of the food I paid for. When I called back to address the problem, I was told the miscommunication was my fault (we can agree to disagree) and I was offered no options to try to resolve the problem. In addition, the food quality has been inconsistent, sometimes great, sometimes stale or seemingly re-heated. That may be acceptable at a lower price point, but at $20 a meal before tax/tip I believe standards for both customer service and food quality should be higher."

"It was a super cold day when we went. Got the chicken shawarma sand and fries with a side of hummus and bread. For the weather conditions we were in ...everything was really good. The staff made us feel very welcomed. We had a large party of 10 and they pulled it off well"

"My honest opinion. The Chicken Shawarma needed to be cooked a little longer. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad. It was good, but not to my liking. On the other hand, the cubed chicken was excellent and the hummus had a nice spicy kick to it. The Hot Tea was very hot, the way as it's supposed to be. Bread and garlic was hot and no charge...Next time the regular pita bread would be my choice....All good. So I will be back. The manager/server was very nice and attentive and the restaurant was very very clean along with the men's bathroom."

"Very good middle eastern food if I'm not mistaken. lamb is very good and the debone chicken is superb. Was traveling and was so good we went back to days back to back. Costumer service couldn't be better. Fine dinning is a good description of this place."
