"I have been going to Bob Evans every weekend for months now and this is the first time going to this specific location. I usually order the same thing because the menu is somewhat limited but this time I didn't enjoy it at all. I got the Double Meat Farmer's Choice and I did not enjoy the sausage patties at all this time. They literally had no taste to them whatsoever and I have never had that happen to me so I was very disappointed. I was warned not to go to the specific restaurant that I went to but I went anyways. The restaurant wasn't that busy but my server never returned to check up on my table and ask if we wanted anything else and was everything okay. I could have informed her of the issue with my food but she did not return to that side of the restaurant for quite sometime."
"Service was great but food was incredibly underdone, even upon asking for remakes/further cooking. This happened for 5 of the 7 people in our party. Server offered to discount without us asking then manager didn't apply discount to bill. Checkout clerk asked how food was and didn't respond when feedback was that food was very underdone."

"When it's good it's good. This place is usually good and that goes for all Bob Evans. This particular restaurant seemed to be managed very well. We seen the manager walking around filling coffee and asking how we were doing. We kindly let him know our waitress did an exceptional job. Keep it up."
