"I used to love this place, if it’s the review for last year, I would give 5 stars. Today we ordered what we usually ordered. We come here once a week and always order the same thing. However, today I request no ice for my drink, they refused to do that. I don’t understand why they changed their menu. They used a sticker to hide the less ice and no ice sign. As a chain bubble tea shop, they shouldn’t do that."
"Very helpful staff I really appreciated the two girls who were working when I ordered. It was my first time and the workers made suggestions and I ordered the strawberry milk tea with strawberry bubbles. The size does seem small compared to other places of similar items."
