"2/17/24- Stopped in for dinner and were seated in the bar area. Andy was once again our server. He was upbeat, polite, attentive, and as usual presented top notch service. We always have the best experience with Andy! Thank you!"
"I hadn't been to a famous Dave's in almost 10 years, and I'm aware that things will change in that time frame. However for the amount I spent compared to the way the food tasted as well as the portion sizes and the environment, "we should've gone to Texas Road House" was what I told my partner as we left. The staff was friendly enough, though odd no one was at the hostess stand when we walked in. We didn't wait long to be seated but it felt odd none the less. The food tasted fine but it wasn't anything to brag about like what I would've when I'd come before, but I also expected to get more than what I was given. $25 for 2 pieces of chicken and a sandwich bread amount of brisket with potatoes and mac and cheese i could've made better instant was not worth that price. The fish appetizer we got tasted great but the rest of the meal was left to be desired. Again I can understand on a 4pm on a Thursday it being dead but the music was even weird to listen to. I'm all for a variety but when you have a certain "vibe" for your establishment you should pick music that fits that. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be coming back to this Famous Dave's and I know saying that won't make a difference but hopefully my critics can help in the slightest."
"I like Famous Dave's in general and this is a good location. Went on a Saturday and there was no wait, but the place wasn't empty. Good food as always. First time trying the brisket (I usually get chicken) and I really liked it. My only mild dislike is the sauces. They're not bad, just not my favorites. But that said, others may like them and I'm not going to ding the restaurant because of my preference. The food overall is good and I had a good experience."
