"ZERO STARS! I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle at 9am and the drink tasted spoiled! The drink was beautiful on presentation but the moment I sipped it, I almost threw up! It literally tasted like sour milk. That’s the only thing I order from McDonald’s and that just ruined it too. I’m telling y’all, don’t trust this location! The workers were nice but the experience was a nightmare."

"Dirty and staff is comatose. It has a play area for kids but no changing table in either bathroom. I had to change my baby on the floor. One of two toilets was not working. A kid asked manager to get a stuck ball out of play place and he told the boy it would have to wait till maintenance came out next week. This establishment needs to be closed. Can't believe Novi residents tolerate this establishment."

"The store looks great, the customer service is some of the worst I've ever received. The kid at the window dropped my change, which typically wouldn't be a problem but he just stared at me like a deer in headlights and it left me puzzled on why he didn't just say sorry. He just proceeded to take the order and then told me to have a good day but never gave a simple apology for dropping my change and making me have to get out of my car to grab it. If he was more focused on getting the change into my hand instead of avoiding touching me that problem would have been avoided. He wasn't friendly to begin with and was only giving short responses while I ordered my food. The second guy who handed me my food was a bit older, still had no hospitality and just handed me my food barely saying anything. I've been to some of the worst cities and have still received better customer service than this, if you hate your job, quit. I ended up having to eat a Crunchy sausage egg mcmuffin (yes it had egg shells in it) with a burnt biscuit. Please just hire people who care about someone other than themselves. They seemed so annoyed that I was even there."

"While receiving my order checked to make sure my sauces were correct, and they were not. When saying something to the lady at the drive through she gave me an attitude then gave me the correct sauces. After leaving the line went to eat my food and my food was wrong as well, went back to speak to a manager and she was unprofessional and had an attitude as well. Asked for a refund and manager told me she couldn’t refund me anything over $10 and gave me a number to corporate, been calling everyday and leaving voice mails. Still have not received a call back. Contacted 800-BIG-MACS and was told someone would contact me back, been 5 days still no contact back. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE, and very unprofessional! Do not eat here!"

"Usually an okay McDonald's but had the WORST customer service experience I've ever had today. I usually use the mobile order to get deals because the chain thinks they can compete with better more expensive restaurants and jacked their prices up. Anyway the lobby was closed and I chose counter pick up. Tried switching to curbside by calling the store and whoever answered the phone was rude. Cut me off and kept saying no you HAVE to go through the drive thru. When I asked to cancel she hung up on me. They were just going to steal my money at that point so got into the drive thru waited 45mins and got a notification that my food was done within half the time of waiting so it was cold. The person at the window tried giving us the wrong drinks and we had a missing item and had to pass my crumbled up bag back and forth because someone got pissy and threw it, my guess at least. Never again. Save yourself the time and go to Wendy's down the road."
