"I get drinks here often, however today the service was horrible 2-26-23 3:22, the gentleman behind the counter was rude. When I told him he could be nice, he replied that’s what happens when you work alone. We had no issue with wanting for a drink, but his tone was was all bad, I’ll be back, but I’ll Make sure I’ll keep walking if he’s there"

"The coffee is great here, and usually the staff is polite. However on this specific occasion I waited 4 minutes before they opened and the lady was being rude. I told her it was fine take her time, and she responded well the rest of the mall is open. I really didn't see the harm in waiting...."

"I looked up coffee shops in westland, and chose this place without knowing it was in the mall, as I was meeting someone. Friendly service. Wished there was more decaf options that were sugar free - attendent recommend unsweetened iced ice which was good. They didn't have fresh lemon, which is why I don't give 5 stars. Friendly service. If needing to meet in area would def go again vs a chain."

"I went by today but I was shopping at Westland mall. The first time I passed by the coffee shop, there was a short lady with dark hair on the phone. I didn’t want to bother her so I just passed by. She was the only one working behind the counter. I came back and hour later, walked up to the counter and she was still on the phone. I said “oh… Are you too busy to make me something?“. She said “yes… I need to take this call can you come back later ?”. I couldn’t believe my ears… so arrogant. It was enough for me to never stop by there again. If she’s not the owner..... I definitely would have a word with her about this if I was. Unreal."

"I like this coffee shop not only for its brightly colored displays but for the bright and light taste of their beverages. Not just hot coffee either. They also offer frozen and whipped dinks. Service is quick and kind!"
