"I've been coming to this salon for my mani pedi for quite some time now, and I've always had good experiences. However, during my visit this week, I was really surprised and disappointed by what happened. While getting my brow wax, my aesthetician seemed to be struggling to make my brows even. I politely provided some feedback on where I thought adjustments could be made. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. Suddenly, three employees of the shop gathered around me, pointing and yelling, saying that I was being too picky. Ben (I believe he’s the owner) even threatened to cancel my mani pedi for the day if I asked for any corrections to my brow job. It was such a shocking and distressing situation, something that no one should have to go through in a salon or spa. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this shop to others."

This was before a big Chicago trip and I am so grateful that this salon was able to help us and save the trip! The gentleman that fixed her nails was kind and gentle and did such a professional job. Her nails were absolutely beautiful by the time we left. I didn't think it would be possible but he did beyond fantastic. "I booked this business for myself and my bridal party this summer for two days before my wedding. They were THE worst. I put down a 100 dollar deposit, and they argued with me the whole time. They did a horrible job with my pedicure, and a worse job on my acrylic! My nails looked like they had been done by a 4 year old."

"She took her time however she left some prior (pink) nail polish which stands out under my new blue denim polish. She has high spots and lights spots across all my nails. For $30 I expected more. The business was clean, very clean, which is a huge plus!"
