I called and was warmly greeted by Vicky who promptly answered my questions and eliminated my worries. She was very happy to assist with my insurance questions too. Dr Kraig was exceptional in his thoroughness to explain what was causing the pain, showing me X-rays which were eye opening, and providing illustrations to help me understand the injury and how his chiropractic services would work. Believe me, Dr Kraig has the patience of a Saint! He stays informed on my progress and always addresses any questions that arise. I can’t say enough about the professional service and the care given to me in this office. I’m pleased to say that I have already recommended Dr Kraig to another friend. After meeting with Dr. Kraig, he started adjusting my son to get him back in alignment. We also started massage therapy with Sarah.
