"If you have children whose hair does not grow and they are mute- then this is the place for you. So the owner lost her mind because there were children in the salon. She didn't lose her mind in private or after they left,- she stormed down the stairs like a banshee reprimanded the stylist doing the cut as well as the mother of the child and didn't stop until the mother was in tears. I sure hope she can survive on massages only because that's pretty much all she will allow to happen. I've sat in that chair getting my hair done while I witnessed her rants on irrelevant things and her neurotic behavior of moving trash cans and laundry hampers repeatedly while talking to herself. I've heard her rants about brands of nail polish, foil squares and nail powders and the cost of supplies. I've heard how she talks about her clients before they arrive and after they leave (namely a local dentist she despises but he pays well) All are things a salon owner most definately should not do let alone a massage therapist. I personally would never consider a massage from someone who enjoys discussing their clients after to whoever may be sitting in the salon downstairs. The first few times I dismissed her actions as it takes all types for the world to spin- but the recent events surrounding children is the last straw for me. Yes, salon services can be an escape from being a mom- BUT when the owner acts worse than any toddler I've ever seen its time to find another salon. She won't ever get another dime from me or my family."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The stylists are great but the owner (who does the massages) is the MOST unprofessional and disrespectful business owner I’ve ever met/seen. She has no idea how to handle situations and just yells at/reprimands the stylists in front of clients (and has even gone as far as kicking clients out) because SHE scheduled a massage while there are other services going on in the building and they’re “disruptive”. I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t have a conversation and a few laughs while at any salon and she expects everyone to whisper and cater to her clients only while she has no regard for the other clients."
"If there was the option to not provide a star, that would be my choice. This business is NOT children friendly. Instead of making someone apprised of a possible situation regarding a young child under the age of 2 being to loud, the parent was asked to leave the building with the toddler while her eight year old was still in the chair getting a haircut. VERY unprofessional. The owner, who is the one that requested this action should re-evaluate her customer service skills."
"My sister was at this salon to get my nieces haircut. The owner kicked my sister and my not even 2 year old niece out because she fussed a little bit. Mind you my 8 year old niece was still getting her hair cut when my sister and other niece got kicked out. I don't know what kind of person is running this place but they shouldn't be a business owner!!! Not the first time this has happened either! Beware when you bring young children in...you might get kicked out!"
"If I could give fewer stars I would. WILL NOT GO BACK. I went in for a mani-pedi and discussed what the best solution would be for my fingernails because I had an event and didn't want my nails to break. The manicurist suggested tips with acrylic polish. It took 3-1/2 hours (SERIOUSLY!!) and the next morning the nails started popping off. The nails should have lasted through a shower and drive to my office where the most strenuous thing I do is keyboard. By 9:00 a.m I lost 3 nails. By the end of the day only one nail remained. I tried calling the owner, but no one ever answers the phone. I left messages but did not receive a return call. DON'T WASTER YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME."
