"I scheduled a full set with them and was not sure which technician I’d been matched with until arrival. She was very sweet and I won’t mention her name because I’m sure she was doing her best. But I was matched with someone who is extremely new to lashes and actually told me she normally does eyebrows… shockingly I woke up the next morning in a pile of eyelash extensions! Only 7 stayed on! I was mortified. I have gotten full sets before and have never ever experienced this, didn’t get them wet or anything. I called and was told a manager would reach back out to me. He offered for me to come in that same day for a “complimentary” 90 minute session… although I’d already paid for a full set. Needless to say I opted for the full refund. I would say just be wary of which technician you’ll be matched with, because otherwise I enjoyed the experience."

"I absolutely love going to this location I am always happy after the services I get done (lash extensions & brow wax). I go to the same girl Grace, who is hands down the best of the best. She listens to what I want and is able to do exactly what I envisioned the service turning out like. I am able to relax or have conversation while getting my lashes done knowing what I want will turn out exactly how I envisioned it. I have been going to Grace for a year now and receive services every two weeks.10/10 recommend!"

"I got a less than stellar set of lashes from another salon that were uncomfortable and all sorts of stuck together. Adrienne did such an amazing job removing the problematic lashes and getting me started on my new lash journey. Honesty with all the damage control that was necessary I didn’t think my lashes could look this good after just 90minutes. The salon it’s self is gorgeous and pristinely clean. I can’t wait for my next fill at Siren & Proper."
