"Sami gave me the most botched hairstyle I’ve ever seen and refused to refund me, stating that she has to pay for her own products- when in reality the products that she used cannot be more than $50 so I’m not sure why she could not refund me the rest. When I came to her I asked for the same style I got from her last time, unfortunately that is not what I received. I left with orange brassy hair and chunky highlights straight from the 2000’s. She stated that my roots were so brassy because I had not gotten my hair done in two years: a) my roots are literally virgin hair and easy to lift b) it hadn’t even been two years. Granted, she did offer to fix it for free, but at that point the trust had already been broken and I did not feel comfortable returning to her chair."
