"This location is very hit or miss and when they miss its because of the customer service. I've had 2 different people here argue with me about what I ordered when they got the order wrong. I dont make complicated orders so I'm not making it hard for them. I drove off both times with the wrong drink because I don't need to argue with someone who would rather try to prove they're right before offering to make it right. This is bad service is any industry."

"We came to this location at around 7:30am this morning. Anxiously waiting for 2 matcha iced latte which we paid $5 each for and it was all foam. This is ridiculous how we asked for light ice and they took that literally and just gave a matcha foam latte. Very disappointing especially when you order a large cup and probably didn’t even get enough fluid for a small."

"This place sucks. The staff are crazy and irritable, the manager is schizo, unsanitary kitchen, messed up my drink, moldy bagels, crusty milk dispensers, unsanitary hand washing habits amongst the employees, unsanitary pumps, unsanitary counter space, lobby is dirty, slow service"

"I've been to this location 4 times in the past year. The first time, they messed up the order. 2nd and 3rd time they didn't have ANY donuts. The fourth and final the donuts tasted stale. Avoid this location its worth drying a couple miles further."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a latte and she tried to hand it to me and I asked if it had espresso in it because it was very light and she got an attitude with me and said it’s a latte and it did. She set the drink down and another employee came up and handed it to me and gave me a old doughnut with no icing. They are the only Dunkin I’ve repeatedly had issues with."
