"Writing this review after eating breakfast here a few times. The woman in the drive through is very nice and professional. Food is always 100% hot and hash browns always filled to the top! Thank you for the good service and hot food☺️"

"This location has done great on making sure to give no salt fries out when asked. I can't stand the overabundance of salt at the locations I have been to in the past, which is always why I ask for no salt fries anymore and some locations still put salt on the no salt, but this location has done great by not the last 2 times I have visited. They haven't had sweet tea the last 2 times I went, but the last time they did have unsweet (one I am basing this review off of). I don't drink soda and it is nice to have an alternative to drink other than pop. I would like for them to start caring sweet tea so I can have half and half tea BUT they had sweetener that I was able to make my unsweet tea a little sweeter. The 1st time before that they didn't have either and ended up having to get something to drink that went to the trash because I didn't have anyone else with me to give the drink to. Otherwise, the food was nice and hot and good. The people here always seem to have done great service in the couple times I have stopped by. I will return to this location whenever I may lunch during the work week, or if I am ever over and want to eat here when I am not at work, this will be a go to location BK."

"I have always had good service at this location, however today at lunch the were extremely slow. It wasn't that crowded. The real issue I had is they locked all the exits while there were customers inside. Several were small children and some elderly people. The reason is unknown to me. That has to be a violation of fire code. I don't think it is right to lock the doors while customers are inside. Yes, I went over an unlocked the door until my family left."

"Lately the service & food has improved! But.. the lobby is never clean & the floor has been super sticky for over 2 weeks.. Employees are kind and efficient tho.."

"Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to. 37 minutes for 10$ worth of food for my daughter's. No ice the last time I was here. Be prepared to be amazed.... They poured my coke out of a flat 2 liter bottle. Then told me they have only 1 person working... No working ice machine... No working pop machine... How the he'll can they be ok with That? The guy told me there corporate office told them to use 2 liters. To make things even worse I ordered a orange Fanta and Oreo Shake.. The shake was ready before I paid and then had to wait 22 more minutes for the food. Oh and guess what by that time they couldn't find a 2 liter to pour my daughter's orange Fanta. So after the 37 min wait I got to here my daughter cry because she didn't get her pop and by the way I didn't get my money back for the disappearing Orange Fanta.. The more troubling thing is this store has a 2 star Google rating with numerous people complaining about everything this store has broke or missing. So it's not just a one time thing it's a huge problem and Burger King has done absolutely nothing to address all these issues. So I say Burger King you should be absolutely ashamed for allowing a franchisee to continue to operate like this. Not only that but your customer promises are not being fulfilled and your promise of excellence is being grossly defied. I understand one store shouldn't represent your business as a whole but it does because your allowing it to continue choosing profit over Your commitment and dedication to serving your customers with quality service."
