"Waited over 45 minutes for my food. Why can’t you pick up the pace? What are you guys going back there other than cooking food and doing your job? And then couldn’t even get my order correct.. I mean come on."

"My fries were cold, and my kids happy meals were both missing the toy. I went inside and the lady gave me the kids toys with no hesitation and told me she apologizes they just stopped the happy meal buckets which don't come with toys they come with stickers which is understandable! And made me fresh fries (they weren't busy, if they were i wouldn't have asked)"

"Well the guy that was there was nice to us but when I asked if there was sauces (bbq) in the bag, he said yea and lied. I got all the way home and no sauce, I tried calling the place and they refused to answer the phone. Fries were not seasoned nor did I get any salt when I asked."

"I ordered 2 big macs and had to return them because the Big mac sauce was sour as if it was expired. I inform store manager of my complaint in return the manager replace my two Big Macs with two Quarter Pounders one of those quarter pounders was disfigured and smelled like a McRib i then ask the manager for a refund and then asked why does this burger looked disfigured and smell like ribs and the other one does the manager stated that it comes like this....guys dont eat here they dont care what there serving there customers someone will get sick here...i did."

"Drive thru was slow, associate was short with words, and the food was not put together correctly. We ordered 2 Big Mac meals and both sandwiches were.. well take a look at the photos."
