"The employees turned the music up louder...it's not a night club. The back ground music should be background music. The breakfast croissant was soooo tasteless. I payed too much for the food. I will never go back!!! FYI: Uptown Cafe Valparaiso is soooo much better for service, food, & $ amount."

"Not only did we get great coffee we also got a great reccomendation for breakfast which happenstance got us a free cinnamon roll the size of a small boulder. Always ask the locals what's good."

"Normally I love going here, but since Aug the new hires really have made the experience less desirable. Waiting 15-20 min for only a drink when you’re on a 30 min lunch break is not ideal. Not friendly either like the long time staff, but when they’re taking their sweet time, engaging with customers isn’t on their radar. If you got time to kick back and wait, definitely go. The food and drinks are good."

"Aug 2023: Another summer visit to Valparaiso. Barista Knox “dialed in” the espresso and delivered a fantastic double. Hints of lemon & raspberry. Aug 2022: Quality double espresso in trendy cafe with eclectic vibe. Espresso flavor was fairly mild. I’d give it another try. Definitely worth a stop."

"I usually go to the location on lincolnway but I stopped by this location today and it was just as wonderful. The vibe was very different, compared to the edgier lincolnway location fluid south valpo is a very chill, laid back rustic meetup cafe. If you're looking to meet up with an old friend or nervous for a first date, this place has the best vibes. The coffee is amazing as well, I had the Norvus Ordo and it tastes just like those chocolate oranges you get at Christmas! My mom got the Cosmic Coconut and it was also lovely, I was worried with it being iced the flavor would get lost but it wasn't. I asked one of the lovely baristas about the q grade of the coffee there and she said about 82-83 but that's just her being humble, it definitely tasted a solid 85-86 to me! Fluid is the best specialty coffee you'll find in valpo, don't second guess trying it out!"
