"I went through the drive thru. I ordered 2 rodeo burgers and a large mozzarella stick & when I asked for sauce she ignored me and shut the window"

"I walked inside and use the bathroom as a couple proceeded to walk in behind me and then when I came out the bathroom to order food the girl at the counter told me that they were closing the inside but then when I turned around and got to the door she asked them what they wanted to order. And then we went through the drive-thru and she didn't answer right away and when we asked her if she was open she said yeah they are but they're really busy and there was literally only those people in the lobby. Horrible customer service whoever that girl was."

"We waited quite a while after we ordered our food. The people working there were messing around instead of working. As a former BK manager, I don't have a problem with having fun while you're working, but it should never ever come at the expense of serving your customers."

"This BK is THE BK to be at. I have never left a review in my life. Understaffing will cost a little delay, but cmon it is expected we're only human. But you will rarely ever experience a cold meal here that is for dang sure, for a fresh meal every time it's worth the small wait. Take time to enjoy and recognize how much quality we have missed as society through "Fast Food" I don't know how, but this BK has nailed it every single time I come in."
