"Terrible service, everyone working was lazy, and unprofessional. it wasn’t busy at all but apparently me and my family wasn’t wanted in there. I asked for ketchup and the guy just turned around and pointed at where it was so I got it myself. When ordering the guy wanted us to use the screen kiosk, even though there was nobody else in line, so it it took a while for them to take our order or even say hi. Absolutely terrible. We just arrived from the airport, I guess I should have waited until I got to Wyoming or Grandville"
"This is literally the rudest store I think I’ve ever been to. I used the mobile app, and sat at the back window for five minutes before somebody came to the window to tell me they didn’t know how to process it And my order is probably just sitting at the front window. I pulled ahead retrieved my order and before I could say three words the window just shut. That’s it. So, OK, thank you have a great night then. service with a smile is truly dead."

"This is the only McDonalds I have ever been to that makes you pay for their mistakes. Apparently, it is your fault when they take your order incorrectly, do not put it on the ordering screen for you to double check before you go pay for it, tell you they will just have your total at the window, and then refuse to make it right when you point out you ordered a different size than what they gave you. They just tell you you have to pay for it for them to fix it (but it isn't the customers fault it was put in wrong). Rude employees a majority of the time (honestly, the 15/16 year olds who run breakfast shifts on weekends are the bomb, so this isn't about them), a lackluster manager, and incorrect orders almost every single time I've been here. I'm less mad about having to potentially pay again, which I didn't because I won't be giving this location any more of my money, than I was about the response to it being rung up wrong. The drive through employee was rude as ever, and so was the female manager on staff. Unless you're okay with leaving with wrong orders they refuse to correct and/or interacting with unhelpful, rude staff, I'd avoid this location. The food is usually good, though. Also, again, the young teenagers who work on the weekends are great, fast, sweet, and never give me a wrong order."
