"The food has gone down hill and the price has gone way up. They have the worst people at the drive thru speaker. If you order something they are so quick to say "is that all"? It sounds so rude as if they just want you to be done ordering and get the heck out of the place."
"I order here a lot. One of the better Wendy's around. Employees are very nice and friendly. Service is always fast. However, fries aren't always hot and crispy, as guaranteed. And, bathrooms could use some more attention. Overall, better than most, but could be better."
"I got a fresh burger, the fries had a mix of semi fresh and stale. The person who took my order was professional and the person who gave me my food had no idea what she handed me. I asked what was in the bag and she just gave me a blank stare. It is part of the service to repeat the order to the customer, it ensures you aren't giving the wrong food to the wrong person and will lessen the time in line. I checked my food and it was correct and I went on my way. I didn't go inside, so no comment on the atmosphere."
