"I don't even know where to begin. My brother has STOLEN my mom's clothes and sold it at this place. I called SEVERAL times to not take clothes from him because they are stolen, and it fell on deaf ears apparently because they kept taking the clothes he brought in! I even called the police and filed a police report and they did NOTHING! All I want is a record of everything that he STOLE so I can buy it back. When I walked in to the store today I told one of the workers I was looking for the clothes he stole so I can get it back and she laughed in my face! They are only in it for the money it seems and do NOT like helping people when in fact their stolen stuff is brought there for a profit! serious also had to pay full price for one of my mom's items when they told me on the phone that if I find things he brought there they would give me a discount. A bunch of liars and people who don't take you seriously!"

"I love the store and staff is always polite and professional. I love the variety… but when it comes to selling clothes through your store, I don’t like how things are returned to us. Whatever you don’t buy, you throw it back in the bags like it’s nothing. You expect clothes to clean, folded nicely and ready for sale YET you don’t respect what you don’t buy from customers. I hate when I get it all back and now it all looks like a dog chewed it up and spit it back out. That part I do have a problem with. You can do better. You can put some time into returning things in a professional manner."

"Been here a few times and besides it being pricy at times I've enjoyed it and had good experiences. Until today. I bought a pair of shoes which were "Final Sale" no problem I've purchased shoes here before. But when I got home and took the sticker tag off there were two staples shoved into the bottom of the shoe underneath the sticker. The shoes were a good price so I'm not even upset about the staples it happens. It was the fact that someone consciously put the label over the staples. It felt very deceptive and unprofessional. Plus if I hadn't checked under the label there may be staples in my foot. They clearly did not want whoever bought the shoes to find the staples before purchasing (I assume you can't remove price tags in the store, right?!) I wouldn't have been mad if I knew of the flaw in the store but it was the lowly cover up that earned this review. Check your items closely! Pictured in blue is the sticker residue line and in orange the staples holes. (Blue line was top edge of sticker)"
