"I’ve been with her for years. It’s so hard to find a doctor who truly cares about your health and well-being. She understands that you are a person and not just a patient. She’s checked on me at home on the weekends, listened to me and my problems I was having and helped me understand what was going on. I moved out of the area years ago but this kind of care you can’t find in a google search. I wish she saw kids because my entire family would go to her. Just great"

"DO NOT VISIT Dr Kay! This office is unclean, and unprofessional. The receptionist Danielle is rude and ignorant over the phone. I visited Dr. Kay's office last year for a bronchitis infection, she performed unnecessary tests and over-billed Blue Cross Blue for the useless tests. One year later, I contacted Dr Kay having lost my health insurance and wanted to request my medical records, so I could go see another doctor for another prescription of antibiotics. Her rude receptionist told me that they don't have my medical records. By LAW, your doctor is obligated to provide you a copy of your medical records upon request. Apparently, in her offices they don't keep their patients records? When Dr Kay took over the call, she was equally rude to me, telling me that I "don't sound like anything is wrong" with me, so I should just wait until I get insurance. Trust me, any doctor that tells you that you don't sound sick is a quack and you should run! After that, she hung up in my face. Dr Kay doesn't respect you, your health problems, or the medical profession. You've been warned!"
