"I am a patient with many medical issues. I have had 20 surgeries and countless medical procedures. Some of my diagnosis are very rare so it takes a team to make sure I am safe and continue to have an active life. Trinity Oakland is a hospital full of doctors that will do what it takes to make you better. The staff does an excellent job prioritizing patients. Many times it seems there are people using the hospital as a doctor’s office and the doctors do a fantastic job of quickly handling them so they are available for medical emergencies. It is truly impressive how the staff works when things don’t go as planned. They have a great support staff that are caring and willing to learn and fight for you. From the people that make sure you they are ready for you before you appointment, to the people that find answers when it is not something they usually deal with, or the hospital to home coordinator that make sure you are going to be safe at home. There was an occasion I did have an issue with a staff member. Based on a comment someone sent a care specialist to my room to understand what happened and starting the process of dealing with it. The staff understands it is not fun being in the hospital. One of my surgeries occurred on my birthday and the staff sent a cake and balloons to my room! I can not say enough about Trinity Oakland they care for you like your family!"

"I delivered my baby here and could not have had a better experience. All of the doctors and nurses were nothing short of amazing. We had a scare during labor and because they were all so amazing, I was nothing but calm. My nurse Gabbie was a literal angel and made my experience a great one. I had to come back a few days after delivery due to some complications and everyone I saw then was amazing too. So compassionate and caring. I will always come to this hospital for whatever I may need."

My night nurse Sadie, day nurse Daria and Midwife Anthony were a team that one could only pray, hope and dream to have as they come through the hospital doors scared beyond reason for what a first time labor and delivery hold. I could write a book on everything these three did when my labor didn’t go textbook. The interventions, how much compassion they took into caring for me, their advice and coaching. I just wish there was something greater than words to explain my gratefulness. These humans will walk with me in my heart for the rest of my life, I owe them everything!"
