"Nasty place flies and bugs..staff unprofessional and non-attentive to patients. Lie about their care standards. Beware! They have a good promotional team who are trained to make you believe they will give good care but it is not true. The patients are basically left on their own, if family is not there to help. Never saw a doctor only heard through word of mouth that there were, but never saw one."

I have been employed with Select Specialty Hospital for almost a year, and it has been the most wonderful experience! Also, being located inside of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital (which is also top notch) is a bonus, and an added layer of support should the patient need testing or procedures while with us. "This is a very nice place and everyone was pleasant and helpful here. I was here overnight. Great private room. I had probably 50 people touching me at some point over the two days and not one person was rude. As hospitals go, they bother you every half hour for something. I asked to be left alone from 11-6 and they did. My daughter was with me and the chairs and desk converted into a bed for her. The downstairs was insane with large fireplace built in and art work etc. just beautiful."
