"I love the staff and the fact that they remember me, year after year. I really feel at ease knowing they always work with me if my prescription is between levels in contacts they help me find the one that best suits my eyes needs. The only thing that could improve would be your phone system. It never goes right to the actual office but a call center, regardless if they are open or not."

"Very friendly staff. Dr Adam C is very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff and worked with me to find the best Rx for my contacts so that I can see both near and far. The staff in the main portion were all very kind. I would like a larger variety of glass frames to try."

"Nice friendly acting people but they seemed intentionally unclear about price adders. Neither my wife nor I were told that the seller was adding $40 each for extended care. We always refuse that option but we’re not given a chance. After further discussion the extended coverage was cancelled and the fees refunded. There was also an additional ~$150 coating charge added to my wife’s lenses that was not mentioned or explained. When I inquired later by phone it was explained that the coating “just comes with the lenses.” (Note: it did not “just come with” my lenses) After further discussion the seller agreed to waive the extra fee. Trust and confidence are important to our relationships with health care providers and this lack of clarity erodes that trust. I now feel as if I need to be constantly on guard in any (if any) future dealings with Pearl."

To Kathi who checked me in and assured me of the process and Steven who scanned my pictures and comforted me throughout as my anxiety was through the roof. Dr Adam has a gift of making you feel comfortable, heard and cared for. The entire team is great and I would highly recommend seeing Dr Adam, he is very talented."
