"Very annoyed by my experience today to the point that I will not be returning. I had an appointment at 12:30 today and arrived early. I was put in an uncomfortable waiting room almost immediately. 12:30 came and went. Then another 15 minutes. When I asked about the delay at 12:45, I was told there were still two clients ahead of me, meaning at least another 15 minutes of waiting. The lack of communication about the delay was disappointing. It would have been better if the staff had informed me when I arrived that they were running behind schedule. Although I've had good experiences here before, I won't be back. Update to add: despite Allure commenting on this review, they have yet to reach out to me."

"What a disappointing experience here! There was an $8 Botox unit sale so I signed up online excited for my first time! The doctor showed me pics of her recommendation, price point 2400$ - I informed her that I wasn’t planning to spend any where near that, that I wanted to do Botox and wanted 20 units. She said she wasn’t comfortable doing less than 40. So I left. I immediately got another appointment with a spa willing to sell me 20 units. Such a scam."
