"Terrible service. Came in for yearly physical scheduled months in advanced. Was told they called and cancelled my appointment but couldn’t say when they called. Attempted to confirm by looking up missed cals but mysteriously they had phone issues and called from a blocked number. Wow! And to top it all off the receptionist talked about the whole issue loudly so the other two patients could hear. HIPPA violation much?"

"In office I was told about a plan of care. Then they had a nurse call me and told they could not help me with my current health issue and they wanted to refer me to someone else, over one week later and still no referral to another provider. Asked for a copy of my chart so I can figure out what the big deal is with this current issue: takes 1-2 weeks to get a copy!"

"Was looking for a new primary Dr. I was referred to Dr Lisa Hall by the Beaumont referral line. In person, I stopped in at her office set up an appointment, 11/2 months out, and gave all my information. I was told I’d get a call to verify my insurance. No call for over a week. I called and was informed the Dr said it “wasn’t a good fit because I was looking for a doctor that was related to the Beaumont group and used other doctors in the Beaumont group” ?? I’m confused! Dr. Hall’s site repeatedly refers to her relationship with Beaumont. I have since talked to Beaumont and sent a letter informing them of what was said and how I was treated. They said they will look into their future referral of Dr. Lisa Hall I would’ve waited a month and a half and then been turned away No one should be treated this way! Run from this doctor and her office staff!!!"
