"I've been going there more then 5 years. customer service has declined so much I'm finding another doctor. they switch to a digital system. dont put there current patients in and it's my fault they havent entered it. then I ask for a refill on a script. should take 5 minutes, I get told I need to wait 6 hours for the Dr. to even bother looking at my refill request"
