"Horrible horrible! Impossible to get life saving prescriptions filled. Worst clinic to get the services you need. Runaround phone system and when you get a person you can’t understand them. Can’t reach actual office. Worst place ever. To bad because I think Dr Rothenberg is great. He needs to find a better clinic. Get out of there!"

"Don’t go to EPIC!!! Horrible, all your calls go to a cost center and they are rude or you can’t understand their English. This place use to be The Shenandoah clinic, and now it has been sold to Epic healthcare. All the original doctors LEFT except for Rothenburg but he’s about to retire as well. Sad this once nice clinic had to change. I’m on the hunt for a new doctor after 20 years. Smh"
