"I have been to Betts Medical Group three times. Each time I was there I did not see a doctor for two hours even though I made an appointment. The customer service, as far as professionalism and politeness by the staff, is great; however, getting customers in and out in a timely fashion, is poor, poor and poor. Why make an appointment when you're still not seen for more than two hours later? That's not customer service!!! When I called and asked that question, the receptionist said, "It is what it is." For me, waiting for two hours plus, when I've made an appointment is totally unacceptable. I'll look for health care somewhere else."
